Established in 2018, Lexington Equine Medical Group is an ambulatory veterinary practice built on the experience and expertise of 13 full-time veterinarians, who have nearly 125 years of experience among them. LEMG practitioners and staff work collaboratively with horse owners and trainers to provide the highest level of veterinary care to diverse clientele.

The LEMG team specializes in internal medicine, reproduction and foal care, wellness and preventative care, sport horse medicine, sales services, and equine import and export. With full digital radiography and ultrasound capabilities, LEMG practitioners care for a variety of horses in the Bluegrass, including mares and foals, Thoroughbred and Standardbred racehorses, polo ponies, sport horses in a variety of disciplines, gaited horses, pleasure horses, retirees and more.
